Welcome to redmontlogistics.com (the "Site"), operated by Redmont Logistics ("Redmont," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to the following terms.
Redmont Logistics provides truck dispatch services for owner-operators and small carrier fleets, including load sourcing, rate negotiation, and related paperwork support, as further described in a separate Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement signed individually with each carrier client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service agreement — an intake request or inquiry submitted through this Site does not create a client relationship until a separate agreement has been signed by both parties.
Load availability, rates, and lane conditions referenced anywhere on this Site — including in the illustrative "Lane Lookup" tool — are for general informational purposes only and do not represent live, current, or guaranteed data. Actual rates and load availability are determined at the time of booking and are subject to market conditions and broker confirmation.
Our services are intended for licensed motor carriers and owner-operators operating in the United States with valid operating authority (MC/USDOT number) and appropriate insurance. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
Our commission structure is disclosed generally on this Site and finalized individually with each carrier in a separate written agreement. No fees are charged simply for submitting an inquiry through this Site.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Redmont Logistics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redmont Logistics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on any information presented on it. Our dispatch services themselves are governed separately by the terms of your individual Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement.
This Site may reference or link to third-party tools or services (such as load boards). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Governing State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at:

This document is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Redmont Logistics should have these terms reviewed by a qualified attorney before publishing, particularly given the company's cross-border operations.
